1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jl 16 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account with jl 16 or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

jl 16 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of jl 16 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jl 16 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jl 16, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jl 16, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jl 16 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering with jl 16, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with jl 16. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your jl 16 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Notify jl 16 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify jl 16 of any unauthorized access.

jl 16 implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jl 16 supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jl 16 wallet instantly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• jl 16 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• jl 16 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in temporary delays.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jl 16 account holder.

All funds held in your jl 16 wallet are held in trust for your benefit. jl 16 does not use player funds for operational expenses. Player funds are maintained in segregated accounts separate from jl 16's operational funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl 16 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl 16 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• jl 16 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated software — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, jl 16's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using jl 16:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one jl 16 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jl 16 Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl 16 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.

jl 16 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl 16 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jl 16 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jl 16 Platform without prior written consent from jl 16.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl 16 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond jl 16's reasonable control.

jl 16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl 16 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl 16 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

9. Responsible Gaming

jl 16 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

jl 16 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to manage your spending.

Upon termination for cause, jl 16 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your jl 16 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jl 16, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jl 16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl 16 will provide notice by:
